FULFILLMENT POLICY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING CLIENTS

1. Monthly Invoicing

Invoices will be sent via email on the 1st of each month, or on the date your first invoice was paid (whichever applies). Payment is due within 7–10 days (depending on the client) of receipt. Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a $20 late fee.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Direct payment via the invoice link

  • PayPal

2. Services Provided

As a first-time client, you agree to a three-month trial period. During this time, packages may be changed month-to-month with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

After the initial trial, the agreement becomes month-to-month, and either party may terminate it with 30 days’ written notice. When notice is given, services will continue and full payment will still be required for that final month.

Additional tasks — including extra posts, revisions, or meetings — may be subject to additional fees. Monthly content planning meetings must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the upcoming month to allow for proper planning. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule the meeting via the Service Provider’s booking link.

Note: Previously scheduled content will always take priority over last-minute requests. For any unscheduled or ad hoc content, please allow a minimum 48-hour turnaround time.

3. Disclaimers & Client Responsibilities

  • No Refund Policy: The Service Provider does not offer refunds. All deliverables outlined in your agreement will be completed as described.

  • Early Termination: If the Client cancels services or withholds payment without providing 30 days’ notice, no refunds will be issued.

  • Client-Owned Tools: The Client is responsible for all third-party tools or platforms needed to execute the agreed-upon work (e.g., scheduling tools, analytics platforms, design software).

  • Post-Contract Maintenance: After service delivery is complete or the agreement is terminated, the Service Provider is not responsible for ongoing brand management, platform functionality, or content updates.

  • No Guaranteed Results: While the Service Provider aims to support your growth and visibility, results such as engagement rates, audience growth, or revenue increases are not guaranteed.
